Case Study - Mr & Mrs K

The brief:
To replace existing thirty five year old bathroom installation into a walk-in shower room with plenty of storage, removing the bath completely.
The experience:
One of the key reasons I selected Exclusively is because they take over the whole job, beginning to end. This takes away all the complications and potential pitfalls of employing multiple contractors. It was certainly worth it.
We already had a strong idea of what we wanted when we first visited the Exclusively showroom. We showed our sketches to Shelley, who became our designer. She then visited to our home to understand the general layout before working on four design proposals. One especially jumped out as being ideal. So, the design emerged fairly quickly... it was the details that we found difficult.
Neither of us keep up-to-date with modern bathroom installations, and there is so much choice: hundreds of styles of taps, shower heads, sinks, and thousands of tiles. We were worried that we would somehow miss the right choice. Shelley detected that and was good at helping us choose. For example, it was she who recommended under-floor heating that I would never have considered... I am very impressed with it. The very large mirrors – 6' x 4' – are a Shelley hallmark; this was her suggestion, and one we adopted with no regrets!
The whole process from start to completion was probably a year... all entirely our fault! We are a busy professional couple. We would go away to think over some choices, and take weeks to get back to them. Exclusively showed endless patience. In fact I’d call it forbearance!
So often when work is completed, one can find things that perhaps one would do differently... but not in this case. It is exactly right.

Stoneham bathroom furniture with large bespoke curved wetroom shower & plenty of storage. Vitra sanitaryware, Grohe brassware & featured LED lighting.
Expect to pay around £18,000 for a similar complete bathroom installation.
